ABOUT THE PROJECT
Making cybersecurity easier to understand.
CyberIntel is an independent cybersecurity research and learning project built to help people understand what is happening across the threat landscape—and what defenders can do about it.
Why I built CyberIntel
I am a cybersecurity professional working for an organisation, and wanted to build something useful beyond my day-to-day work: a place where students, aspiring analysts, IT professionals and experienced defenders can learn from credible public sources without having to search across dozens of websites.
CyberIntel brings together cyber news, vulnerability intelligence, public internet-exposure trends, KQL, Splunk SPL and YARA detection examples and responsible pentesting resources. The goal is not to overwhelm readers with dashboards—it is to provide context, explain the evidence and make the next defensive step clearer.

Independent by design
CyberIntel is a personal project. It is not an official publication or endorsement by my employer, any client, Microsoft, Cloudflare, Shodan or the publishers whose public material is referenced. Opinions, research and errors on this site are my own.
Public intelligence is not complete or always current. A technology observation is not proof of a vulnerability, and a hunting query is not a production-ready detection without validation in your own environment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Responsible use & accuracy
The content is educational and provided as-is. Verify advisories with the original publisher and test suggested detections and remediation in a controlled environment before production use. Security issues involving this website can be reported through the project's GitHub repository without posting secrets or sensitive findings publicly.
